You may return most standard products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Custom-made products and special orders may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Standard, non-customized window treatments can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. You must contact us to initiate the return process before shipping items back.
Custom-made window treatments that are manufactured to your specific dimensions or specifications are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. We encourage you to carefully review measurements and specifications before placing custom orders.

We do not charge restocking fees for most returns. However, custom orders that are returned due to customer error (such as incorrect measurements provided by the customer) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
